Caleb Brill joined the BCS teaching staff in 2021. He has been a teacher since 2008. He graduated with a BA in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University, San Diego and then earned a MA- Education Specialist. He believes that teaching is an opportunity to make a positive difference in someone’s life. All it takes is one student, one thought, one new idea and even one smile to change the world. Both of Mr. Brill’s children attend BCS. His family has personally experienced that BCS is a school that loves Jesus, students, families and the community. He accepted the 7th grade teaching position to teach at BCS because this school believes that students are world changers, shakers and equip them to bring Holy Spirit into their everyday.
He has an incredible wife, Katy and two beautiful daughters. His family moved to Redding in 2016 to attend BSSM, then continued to live and work in the community making Bethel church their home. They love Redding and as a family believe that when the righteous prosper the city rejoices!
When not teaching, Caleb Brill enjoys surfing, bodysurfing, swimming, napping by a pool, stand up paddle boarding, playing ping pong, tennis, pickle ball, sitting in the shade at the lake on a hot day, camping, traveling to new cities and meeting new people.
One of his favorite verses is Jeremiah 17:7-8 “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit. “
