Susan Allen grew up as a YWAM missionary kid in Hawaii and Southeast Asia and through her growing up experiences, developed a passion for the younger generation to walk with God.   After several years of working as a teacher in the United States, Susan, her husband James, and their four children relocated to Penang, Malaysia and served as missionaries for 14 years.  In Malaysia Susan worked as a teacher and administrator at a large international school, Their family relocated to Redding, California in June 2019, and Susan completed a master’s degree in Christian Spiritual Formation and Leadership from Friends University.  For the past several years, Susan has worked as a conference speaker and spiritual formation consultant with Christian schools around the world. In partnership with Bethel Christian School, she began the BCS Encounter Home School Program, served as the vice principal one year and was recently appointed as Bethel Christian School’s Principal.
