Charlene Payment joined our BCS Preschool teaching staff in 2018.  She assumed the role as Director in 2022.  As a teacher, it is her desire to impart a joy in learning and discovery that will serve each child over their lifetime. Learning should be fun! And so building a child’s interests while instilling a hunger and joy to learn in playful but purposely planned environment is essential. Charlene enjoys the individuality and energy of every child and finds the collaboration with parents a joy.
Her favorite verse is Psalm 13:6 “I will sing unto the Lord, because He has dealt bountifully with me.”
She enjoys being with friends and family, and her favorite place to be is outside in God’s creation…Hiking, swimming, walking, riding bikes, camping, fishing, reading, dancing, spending time with her animals, and working with her community to make it Christ centered.
